  • A full nutritional panel on a 200 g sample. It measures 99.74 g of fat per 100 g — effectively pure butterfat, with carbohydrate, protein, total and added sugar all below the limit of quantification. Trans fatty acid came back below quantification too, at a limit of 0.5 g/100 g.
