Every Size

Same ghee, different jar

One recipe, one process — choose the size that suits your kitchen.

Our Journey

From our farms to your family's kitchen

Eight unhurried steps, the same way they have always been done.

  1. Our Gir & Desi Cow Farms

Every batch begins with indigenous cows raised on natural pasture, cared for the way our own families would care for them.

  2. Fresh A2 Milk, Collected Daily

Milk is collected each morning while it is still fresh, before the Bilona process begins.

  3. Set Into Curd, the Slow Way

Instead of separating cream directly, we let the milk set naturally into curd overnight — the first real step of Bilona.

  4. Hand-Churned in a Wooden Bilona

The curd is churned by hand in a traditional wooden bilona until fresh makkhan (butter) separates from the buttermilk.

  5. Slow-Cooked Into Golden Ghee

That butter is simmered on a gentle flame until it turns into rich, aromatic, golden ghee — no shortcuts, no rushing.

  6. Tested Before It Travels

Each batch is lab-tested for purity before it leaves our facility, with reports available on request.

  7. Packed With Care

We pack in food-grade glass jars and stainless-steel tins — nothing that changes the taste or the trust.

  8. To Your Family's Kitchen

From our farms to your festival thali, delivered pan-India with the same care it was made with.

Questions

About this ghee

A2 refers to the beta-casein protein in the milk. Indigenous Indian cattle — Gir, Sahiwal, Tharparkar — produce milk carrying the A2 variant, where most crossbred and European breeds produce A1 or a mix. Our milk comes from indigenous humped cattle only. It is a claim about the herd, not a processing step, which is why it starts at the farm rather than at the factory.
